Crime
Very experienced criminal practitioner, defending and prosecuting a wide spectrum of cases and is regularly instructed as a leading junior. CAT 4 Prosecutor.
Complex crime - where the evidential and or legal issues are particularly difficult to manage.
Computer crime - in all aspects from fraud to pornography - particularly if a technical understanding of hardware / software / internet is needed.
Cases involving other aspects of information technology such as electronic surveillance and encryption.
Drugs - including drug trafficking and money laundering.
Sexual crimes - especially those involving children either as witnesses or defendants ( previous experience as a solicitor acting for children in child care cases is particularly useful).
Serious fraud - was leading junior in the largest provincial case of the SFO – R v Robinson and others - led by Martin Meeke QC in the St Helena fraud prosecution.

Personal
Andrew is married with four adult children. He now lives in Cornwall with his wife Christine, fulfilling their long held dream. He has many interests, at present restoring a Cornish garden is absorbing most of his spare time.
