Crime
Ayse mainly undertakes criminal work. She prosecutes and defends a wide range of cases both at the Magistrates' Court and the Crown Court. She is also regularly instructed by the Department of Work and Pensions and in other private prosecutions.
Family Law
Ayse appears on behalf of parents, children and Local Authorities in care proceedings as well as undertaking private family law and ancillary relief work.
Employment Law
Having been a dedicated member of Free Representation Unit since 2003, Ayse has a particular interest in this area. She represents both Applicants and Respondents in a wide range of cases in the Employment Tribunal and the EAT.
Personal Injury and Civil Claims
Ayse advises and represents both Claimants and Defendants in personal injury and other forms of civil claims.
