Hannah specialises in employment and related areas of work (e.g. contractual claims in an employment context and bringing/defending claims for professional negligence in the handling of employment litigation).
Hannah joined Chambers as a tenant in November 2009 after completing a mainly employment pupillage Graham Watson, leaders of the Colleton Chambers Employment Group. Before pupillage, she spent a year working full time as employment adviser for the Chelsea Citizens Advice Bureau. Previously, she acted as a part-time, volunteer employment adviser at the Kensington and Chelsea Citizens Advice Bureaux and was an experienced employment representative for the Free Representation Unit.
Hannah has very extensive experience of advising and representing both claimants and respondents in employment litigation, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, victimisation, redundancy, TUPE, unlawful deduction of wages and breach of contract.
