Oliver prosecutes and defends in the Magistrates' and Crown Courts and has experience of dealing with a wide range of offences. Oliver has also been instructed by Customs and Excise and in Education prosecutions.

Oliver has experience of acting for Claimants and Defendants in small claims and fast track cases including in landlord and tenant proceedings.

Oliver lives in Exeter, plays the guitar (badly) and enjoys watching and playing all sports including football, wakeboarding and snowboarding.
