Herc Ashworth recognised as Grade 2 Prosecutor

Herc Ashworth has been recognised as a Grade 2 Prosecutor for the Crown Prosecution Service following the work he has undertaken for the CPS in the last few years.

His appointment as a Grade 2 Prosecutor means that he can undertake prosecutions of a more serious nature on behalf of the CPS including, but not limited to, jury trials involving allegations of theft, deception, assault, burglary, possession of drugs and non-fatal road traffic offences.
