Colleton Employment Team & COVID-19

During these difficult and turbulent times the Employment Team at Colleton Chambers continues to represent claimants and defendants in existing litigation employment proceedings as well as offering advice and assistance with drafting new claims as they arise.

Our members have adapted to representing clients in the Employment Tribunal and courts remotely, by way of telephone or video hearings, to ensure the best interests of their clients are met despite the conditions imposed by the current pandemic. The current health crisis should not represent a barrier to the resolution of employment disputes, however they arise. Conferences may be conducted by video (Zoom, Skype, Teams etc) and / or by telephone and advice may be given in writing along with drafting support as required.
