New Tenants in the Family Team

Colleton Chambers is very pleased to welcome two new tenants to the Family Team.

Deborah Archer  returns to private practice at the Bar from being a specialist advocate for a local authority where she conducted serious fact finding cases involving sexual abuse and non-accidental injuries to children. Deborah often took the role as a Leading Junior and would routinely appear against Leading Counsel . She will retain her assistant coroner roles in Devon and has retained her special interest in public law children cases involving sexual abuse and serious injuries.

Peter Ash joins Colleton Chambers from a solicitor background. He has spent more than 15 years practising as a solicitor in the South West before taking steps to transfer to the Bar. He will continue his practice in all areas of children law.
