Another successful Employment Seminar!

Sarah Hornblower of Colleton Chambers successfully delivered another evening employment update to local practitioners in the Southwest on Thursday 14 November.  This employment update covered topics including:

Employment Tribunal procedure – recent decisions
Case law on preliminary issues
Case law on dismissal type claims
Case law on discrimination
Case law on quantum / remedy aspects
Reform proposals

The update was well received by all and another is planned for Spring 2020.
