Colleton Chambers’ Regulatory Barristers

A number of barristers at Colleton Chambers are delighted to be appointed to the Regulatory List allowing them to undertake prosecutions on behalf of regulatory bodies in England and Wales. The list includes prosecutions on behalf of the Environment Agency, the Health and Safety Executive and the Care Quality Commission.

Sean Brunton QC was formerly Grade A on the Regulatory List prior to taking Silk last year when he became senior counsel available for prosecutions that warrant Queen’s Counsel in his own right. Colleton Chambers now has 4 barristers joining Sean Brunton QC on the regulatory list at varying levels:

Thomas Bradnock (1997 call) Grade B

Emily Pitts (2000 call) Grade C

Nigel Wraith (2004 call) Grade C

Ian Graham (2013 call) Grade C
